Terms & Conditions
VEER · Effective from the date shown on your order confirmation.
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the VEER online store and your purchases from it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian) and able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order.
Products, pricing & availability
We try to describe and price products accurately, but errors can occur. All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.
Products are subject to availability. We may correct errors, change prices, or decline/cancel an order (including where an item is mispriced or out of stock); if you have already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund you.
Orders & payment
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorised through our payment gateway (Razorpay) or, for Cash on Delivery where offered, once the order is accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or that breach these terms.
Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns/refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this store — including product images, text, logos and the VEER brand — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the store or a purchase is limited to the value of the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your statutory consumer rights, disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction at Mumbai.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to your order.
