Where we ship

We currently ship across India. Serviceability for your area is confirmed by your PIN code at checkout.

Processing & dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation (made-to-order pieces may take longer, as noted on the product). You receive tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery timelines

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier. These are estimates, not guarantees; delays may occur due to courier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

Shipping charges

Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment. Where a free-shipping threshold or flat rate applies, it is displayed at checkout.

Orders are prepaid; Cash on Delivery may not be available.

Address & delays

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address or a customer being unreachable. If a shipment is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
